Grapes: A blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Pinot Noir

Elegant and delightfully lifted, showing sweet strawberry, creaming soda, white floral and lemon zest aromas, it's juicy and refreshing with excellent fruit purity and finesse. This magical mix gives the wine a beautiful blush colour and aromatics, while softening the acidity on the palate.

"Bright and delicately fragrant, the wine shows watermelon, crunchy apple, kiwifruit and lemon peel notes with a subtle floral overtone. "Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is youthful and fresh with aromas of strawberry, green apple, nettle, lemon rind and watermelon. Medium-light bodied, aromas of strawberry melded with apple, watermelon, a touch of lemon rind and nettle. It's soft and well-rounded on the palate; the fruit has a sweet appeal, and subtle, fine-textured phenolics flow with the vibrant acidity to a crisp closing. It's a creamy, sweet-scented, dry Rosé. Made from a blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 11% Pinot Rose and 4% Pinot Noir, fermented to 13.5% alc, 3.9 g/l RS."
