Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Riesling are the major white wines and Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot are the major red wines grown. The key South Australian Wine regions include Southern Fleurieu, Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Coonawarra, Eden Valley, Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale, Padthaway, Riverland and Wrattonbully.  Victoria wine regions are Alpine Valleys, Beechworth, Goulburn Valley, Grampians, Heathcote wine region, Henty, Mornington Peninsula, Pyrenees, Rutherglen, Yarra Valley and the King Valley. New South Wales wine regions Hunter Valley, Mudgee Riverina, New England, Southern Highlands. Western Australia wine regions are Greater Perth, Perth Hills, Peel and the Swan Valley. South Western Australia wine producing regions are Blackwood Valley, Geographe, Great Southern, Albany, Denmark, Frankland River, Mount Barker, Porongurup, Manjimup, Margaret River and Pemberton.
