Frazier's Wine Merchants are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us at customerservices@frazierswine.co.uk. All wines are duty paid unless offered otherwise.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments, bank transfers and pay in store (for collections) . Order by fax and payment by cheque option are available. Your order can only be accepted if you are over 18 years of age. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Visa Debit cards.

Substitute products 

We will never substitute products without your approval.

Sale contract 

This contract to purchase goods on this site is conditional on the product being shipped.

Condition of bottles

All our bottles are stored in ideal conditions. Some bottles due to their age may have labels that are wine stained, torn or faded. If you are not happy with your purchase please return it for a full refund.

Cancellations

To cancel an order please email customerservices@frazierswine.co.uk as soon as possible. Quoting the order number. If the order has been dispatched we will be unable to stop the delivery and the delivery charge will be non refundable. You may refuse the delivery or return the goods for a refund subject to our returns policy. If you refuse delivery we will be charged buy our courier and will pass this charge onto you. If you have qualified for free delivery we will charge you for the delivery service at cost. The charge for canceled orders may be more than the advertised delivery price. Orders paid for by Credit Card that are subsequently cancelled will incur a 5% charge (this represents the cost to ius of of the credit card company charges).

Orders outside the UK

If your order is being sent outside the UK, you may be subject to customs charges within the destination country.

Back Orders

If an item ordered is out of stock or in our bonded warehouse we will inform as soon as possible and offer a provisional delivery date or offer an alternative vintage or wine.
Frazier's Wine Merchants Ltd. shall not be liable for any consequential loss, expense or damage arising directly or indirectly from any defect or failure in the goods or from their use or damage. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred in the delay or non delivery of your wine.
Care must be taken when opening all bottles, so as to prevent injury or damage.

You agree that the design, trademarks, logos and intellectual rights to all parts of this web site belong to Frazier's Wine Merchants Ltd. and must not be used without our express permission. All persons, individual and corporate are prohibited from providing hypertext and other links to the Frazier's Wine Merchants Ltd. website, other than to our home page, from their own website or from a third party site without prior written consent.
All descriptions off the bottles on this website are the opinions of the company and it¹s employees. The company accepts no liability as to the nature of the content.

Data Protection

By providing your details on our website you consent to Frazier's Wine Merchants Ltd. maintaining, holding and using the information given. All data is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
