From the same stable as Mouton Rothschild and d’Armailhac, the 2006 vintage was a brilliant success for Clerc-Milon, with a deep ruby/purple-hued blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot, and 6% Cabernet Franc.

The palate is medium-bodied with a sweet, succulent opening: blackberry and raspberry fruit laced with salt and a dash of white pepper that leave the mouth tingling on the Merlot-driven finish."
