Now in the hands of Pascal Dethune, this 14-hectare estate was founded in 1995 and makes 55% white wine (Sauvignon Blanc), 25% red (Pinot Noir) and 20% rosé (from Pinot Gris).

One of only forty growers, the entire appellation covers only 252ha close to the River Cher, west of Sancerre.

The terroir here is clay limestone on south facing gentle slopes for all three cuvées. Just the press wine is used and the wines are vinified and aged in stainless steel with regular lees stirring.

The white Reuilly has a pale gold colour with greenish reflections, it is limpid and brilliant, sometimes crystalline. On the nose we perceive notes of citrus fruits, flowers, such as acacia and hawthorn, hints of boxwood with a small mineral touch. On the palate, the attack is soft, the substance is dense, of a beautiful amplitude, but it is a dry wine, sharp at the same time with a nice aromatic persistence.

Drink chilled as an aperitif, or with crayfish, white meats, or aged goat's cheese such as Crottin de Chavignol.
