Grape: 100% Viognier, unoaked
Produced by Les Vins Alexander Krossa winery in the Languedoc.
Pale yellow and golden colour with complex and intense aromas of peach, pear, apricot and white flowers. Generous palate with a collection of aromas and flavours.
Grapes are harvested fully ripe and are then destemmed. After a cold settling, fermentation is realised in tank under controlled temperature between 16 and 18C. Wine is then aged on fine lees over 2 to 4 months before bottling.
Viognier is a delicious wine to drink as an aperitif, or with scallops, grilled fish and Asian food.
