The prestige cuvée from Pol Roger is dedicated to Sir Winston Churchill and the make up of the blend is a closely guarded secret. Pinot Noir dominates the blend and all the fruit comes from Grand Cru rated vineyards which were already planted during Churchill's lifetime. The bottles, stored in Pol Roger's deepest cellars, undergo hand-riddling which is rare in Champagne these days.
