"Sugar Loaf" is named after the islands off Taranaki in New Zealand's North Island where owner Kate Acland grew up and "Te Onepoto" is the name of a beach on the South Island.
The family owned winery is located half way between Nautilus Estate and Cloudy Bay Vineyards, west of Blenheim in Marlborough.
Intense and concentrated with vibrant, tangy acidity, this Sauvignon is packed full of distinctive tropical fruit aromas; mango, passionfruit and hints of jasmine.
Drink with fresh seafood such as garlic prawns, poultry and crunchy salads with feta or goat's cheeses.
